Engineered Doors are not made of total wood, but it gain greater stability. Its benefits are as below:
a. doors are engineered using a solid internal core of laminated timber lengths. This gives a uniform stile and cross-rail construction that ensures maximum strength and stability.
b. the exposed surface is covered with premium grade veneer, which guarantees performance and attractive appreance.
Structure:
Panel: single hip raise or double hip raised panel or flat panel are available. can be made by MDF or particle board or composite wood
Stiel and Rail: pieces of laminated timbers are glued together, which won't twist or warp. With 6mm or 10mm hardwood lipping match the wood veneer surface.
Face/Back:0.6mm hardwood veneer, such as clear pine, knotty pine, knotty alder, white oak, red oak, sapeli etc.
Size: various sizes are available.
Surface Finishing: raw or with PU varnish lacquer |
